How will bookings be made?

When is commission credited?

Commission due will be paid in the month following the client’s departure.

What set up is involved and how long will the set up process take?

You will need to install a phone line dedicated to Holidaysplease so that it can be answered in the name of Holidaysplease. After that we can set you up in a matter of days.

Who owns the customer data?

The ownership of all customer data remains with Holidaysplease. Repeat customers also remain the property of Holidaysplease.

Can I market to Holidaysplease customers who have booked with my agency?

So long as you gain prior authority from Holidaysplease we will be happy for you to market to clients you have serviced through this scheme provided that you do it in the name of Holidaysplease and book them through our ABTA number.
