The Stavronikita is the best dive site in Barbados, this 365 foot Greek freighter is the most popular dive attraction in the area where you will see a great number of fish and varied marine life. Carlisle Bay Marine Park with 6 shipwrecks within close proximity to each other is by far one of the best dive sites in Barbados. The Berwyn (a 70ft WWI French Tug Boat), and the Cornwallis (Canadian freighter sunk by a German U Boat during WWII) are just some of the fascinating sights within the bay and a great variety of sea life can be observed as you make your way through the wrecks.
