Room 7.0 / 10 This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. They have changed the rooms in the garden rooms and they aren’t as big as they usernames to be. I was not happy with the room they gave us initially as the location of family rooms had moved to a different part of the hotel from the last visit. However they did give us a free upgrade as a returning guest to a residence which was exactly the location I had initially expected. The pools were freezing 19-20 degrees and empty because of that. We hadn’t expected that as they’d had all summer to warm up. We didn’t remember them being that freezing in previous visits in May
