St Barth's is relatively small as it only takes about 90 minutes to drive around the whole island and covers no more than eight square miles. However small, there is still plenty to do and see, with more than 15 beautiful beaches to explore and over 60 restaurants to choose from.
As nightlife is pretty quiet, eating out is usually the main evening event. French cuisine is particularly good on the Island and in St Barth's 'Eden Rock' restaurant, the food is prepared by French Chefs with ingredients flown in from France.
Horse riding is a great way to explore the islands rough northwest terrain. For the more adventurous there are great water sports on offer, with windsurfing and kitesurfing becoming very popular. As you would expect the scuba diving is fantastic.
For more relaxing pursuits you can take boat trips to offshore islands and cays and snorkel or swim around the deserted coves.
St Barth's is tremendously romantic and offers the perfect destination for Honeymoon couples. This truly is a little island with a big heart!
