L'Heure Bleue Palais in Morocco is famous for its panoramic view of the port of Essaouira. You can even see this wonderful old fishing port from pool on the roof!

Look around and see not just the port but also the new town, the medina and ramparts. This former palace has been beautifully restored and converted into a charming family residence. The decoration also has a hint of the Portuguese.

The rooms at the Heure Bleue Palais have a hint of colonial African style with genuine pictures and artefacts. The suites have a number of different themes which are meant to help show the history of this historic Portuguese town.

You will find the Suites are decorated in acqua pastel and blue tones to give a nice soothing atmosphere. There are also English colonia engravings together with drawings that recall the colony's history. You can see African traditional costumes alonside Eastern gold and burgundy.

The Heure Bleue Palais has a talented head chef who produces gourmet French cuisine which combine with some subtle Moroccan flavours to give truly unique meals.

These aeals are served up in the Moroccan lounge, which is a sight to behold. You can enjoy cedar wood which hangs from hand sculpted ceiling. For lunch you can enjoy a lighter option from the central patio or poolside. In fact you can also choose to eat on the rooftop terrace, or in any of the Moroccan salons.

L'Heure Bleue Palais is a tremendous place to stay in Morocco and and we have some fantastic rates.
