"the islands are beautiful, simply stunning. The staff are all very friendly (and very very quietly spoken!). The food was always fresh with lots of variety and you can of course NEVER get bored of the bath water warm ocean. "People very hospitable on the island resort, but the organisation for our return to Mali was confused and delayed with 3 different departure times being given to us, which resulted in us getting to the airport last of all the passengers. As a result we did not get seats because the flight was overbooked and we had to fly home the following day. "We loved the island , the people are so friendly and made us very welcome. We did a few excursions , the sunset cruise , the dolphin trip and private island. "Hotel Bodu Hithi is not a 5 star resort, at a stretch it only just makes 4 stars. The accommodation in the beach villas is excellent, however I would not like to stay on the sunset side as the beach is predominantly sand bags and concrete. Service is slow and could be much better. It was stunning perfect for a honeymoon, not a great deal to do during the day other than sun yourself and be pampered or there is diving for the more adventurous. "We booked our wedding and hoyenmoon with Ruth, and could not fault the service we where given, and the attention to detail that Ruth went into. When we arrived in Dubai the hotel was amazing with all the staff paying great attention to details, which went as far as giving my wife a flower arrangement on the morning of the wedding and 2 bottles of Champange then we retruned from the church.
