Le Victoria, Mauritius

With some of the largest rooms available on the island, Le Victoria is ideal for a family holiday. Nestling between Mauritius’ capital Port Louis and fashionable Grande Baie, the hotel is newly refurbished in a fresh, nautical style. There are 154 Superior rooms, each with a private terrace or balcony. Every one of its 76 second-floor Deluxe rooms has unrestricted views of the Indian Ocean from a private balcony.

There are 11 family apartments, offering a large entrance hall, two separate bedrooms and a large bathroom, a sitting area within the main bedroom and a large wrap-around balcony facing the ocean.

For additional luxury, seven suites are located near the beach, each with a separate lounge with dining area and a large bedroom and bathroom with its own Jacuzzi bath overlooking the sea. Le Victoria’s westerly facing position guarantees views of spectacular sunsets.

All rooms at Le Victoria have air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and a range of facilities as standard.

The hotel offers three restaurants with a wide choice of cuisine and all with ocean views. Activities on offer include waterskiing, sailing and tennis. While the Balaclava Natural Marine Park stretches out in front of the hotel, offering some of the easiest snorkelling on the island.
