Overview
Hotel was very luxurious with the BEST all inclusive ever experienced – no hidden extras at all. You are assigned your own private butler for your entire stay who sets up a programme for your stay, including things like organising day trips, prebooking restaurants plus just anything else you could want or need. They pre-book restaurant reservations in advance of your arrival to ensure you get in, but this could be changed if not suitable. If you want to pay for anything from the shop you charge this to your room so no need to carry a wallet around. The staff remember you and welcome you by name everywhere you go – personalised touch.
All Inclusive
The staff didnt hold back in giving you what you wanted, when you wanted it! In the rooms there were 6 bottles of wine which were replenished every day if needed – plus you get all the premium branded spirits by the bottle/glass – even the more expensive types. There was ‘proper’ champagne available everywhere you went, and all drinks were available by the bottle i.e in the restaurants you can order a bottle of whatever wine rather than being served by the glass. Signature cocktails were readily available too.
Restaurants
Food was plentiful – they even cater for the fussiest eater – for example at M8m which is a seafood restaurant they designed a special meat option menu for a non-seafood eater.
The Palm Restaurant which is essentially the buffet restaurant had loads of choice of food and you can opt to have table service here if you prefer.
You can obtain food from the snack bar between 11am-9pm
Spa
Amazing spa treatments, even the free treatments are from an extensive list which you can choose from.
Rooms
Wind Villas with Pool feel very private, they have their own hammocks with pillow and comfortable wooden framed sun loungers with various settings
Earth Villas with Pool feel very private – there are bean bags which are really comfortable and there are also comfortable wooden framed sun loungers with various settings
Client preferred the Earth Villa as it was nice to be on the beach with the access to the sea aswell – best of both.
Really good water pressure in the rooms.
Great variety of movies in the room including new releases+ loads of decent tv channels.
Special touches
On two occasions they had returned to the room and a hot bath was made up ready for their arrival which had petals in.

Great WIFI available everywhere, even on the speedboat transfers
Good quality bath products included and replenished as and when needed, this included free 30 factor suntan lotion and insect repellent.
Made honeymooners feel very special – organised a special dinner, private dolphin sunset cruise
Watersports + Diving
Unlimited non motorised water sports + free snorkelling equipment. There is no house reef but there is a boat out to a local reef running twice daily 9am & 3pm.
Diving centre offers courses for beginners.
Flight
Only disappointing part of the holiday was BA flight which was awful - felt dirty, bad service, old aircraft, minimal amenities provided, scratchy blanket and flat pillow.
