Room	8.0 / 10	I was disappointed that a lot of the meals in all of the restaurants carried a surplus for All Inclusive customers and also that there was no invitation for All Inclusive guests to visit the special Peruvian restaurant once, free, for each week of the holiday. I have never experienced that before. The fact there was a charge on many of the menu items was disappointing. Another thing that I found quite frustrating was that, whatever bar or eating place I used I had to sign a receipt for what I had. Previously I have had to wear an armband of sorts to depict my All Inclusive status to prevent this being necessary. I found it irritating and took away some of the spontaneity of the usual AI holidays I have enjoyed. There are a number of different bars and restaurants around the resort but when I arrived I was told that some would charge for drinks and food whilst others would charge for food only etc etc. It was all very confusing. I asked for a map to show where all these different refreshment places were because it was so much to take in and remember. There wasnt one available as standard practice but they did print me one off and I then spent half an hour with a very helpful customer relations member of staff who wrote alongside each place, on the map, what the deal was there! The staff throughout the resort were an absolute joy and, as a solo traveller I felt they were more comfortable taking time with me than if I had been with a companion.
